Newby, Don & Susie

Don and Susie Newby - Germany

Susie's parents served as missionaries to Antigua. Susie accepted Christ at four years of age and committed her life to Him at age nine. Don was led to Christ by a musician friend who was only one day old in the Lord.

The Newbys attended Toccoa Falls Bible College, both majoring in voice and church music and minoring in Bible. Susie was employed by Christian Nationals in Atlanta as a secretary, while Don pursued his Master's Degree in Music Theory at Georgia State University.

The Newbys left for Germany in 1981 and began language school. They now have ministered through their music skills by teaching music workshops and seminars, and record in cooperation with German Christian contemporary artists.
