Charles and Janice Walton - US Based Bible Translation

Chuck and Janice are members of Wycliffe Bible Translators serving at the International Linguistic Center in Dallas, Texas. They were assigned to the Philippines where they did translation work in two different language groups, conducted language surveys to identify languages needing translation, and spent four years in administration.

They completed the translation for a people group in the Philippines, but had to leave because of the unstable political situation in the southern part of the country.

Chuck and Janice are now involved in the education and supervision of new trainees for Wycliffe. Janice has 65 young people under her guidance, overseeing their preparation for service. Chuck teaches at the Summer Institute of Linguistics.
